Simon Fraser Clan
Simon Fraser University are the nouveau superpower of NCAA football. The Clan won four conference titles between 2010 and 2013, one more than they claimed in the 35 years before that. In the two years they have been eligible for postseason play, they have never finished outside the Final Four.
